Last year we did $445k. The year before that we did $242k and the year before that we did $92k

This year, I have my eyes fixed on a big target, $1M. This is obviously a massive, gigantic stretch goal. But it’s not crazy. We’ve nearly doubled every year. Why couldn’t we do it again?

To hit $1M, it’s requiring a lot of changes in the business.

Some of these changes I’ve previously discouraged others from making. For instance, 3 weeks ago I hired a full-time manager. Yep, full-time, in-office manager. And just this week I hired 2 full-time W-2 cleaners (not contractors).

This breaks with everything I’ve previously talked about. The reason is pretty simple: I haven’t seen many cleaning companies hit $1M without making these changes. That’s it.

So, you might be asking, what does this have to do with Same Day Turn?

Over the last 18 months I have written over 100 free newsletters. They are there in the archive and are completely, 100% free. Those newsletters will stick around for as long as people are reading them.

Something I haven’t done though in the past is share detailed numbers and breakdowns of exactly what’s going on in my business each and every week. I’m going to start offering this to anyone who wants to subscribe to a premium version of this newsletter. It won’t be free because I don’t plan on holding anything back.

I want to share what our sales numbers are each week, profit numbers, how much we’re paying cleaners, how much we spent in marketing last month, etc. I want to provide a space where I can document everything. The best way I know how to do this is to put it behind a small paywall of sorts.

So if you want the full picture as I’m building my cleaning business to crack $1M this year, you can sign up here.

As for the free version of Same Day Turn, it’ll still be here, but will likely scale back to just once per week and will be a watered down version of the premium

So if you’re serious about growing your business and you’re interested in seeing regular, in-depth updates about how I’m growing my business, join here.

Hope to see you there.

Until next time!
