Getting your business from $0 → $5k/mo is incredibly hard. Let alone getting it from $0 → $100k/mo. But if you’re reading this newsletter, chances are high that you’re aiming to have a +$1M business one day.
As far as I know, this is the best advice on how to do it. Set a kitchen timer for 4 hours (ideally the calmest 4 hours of the day). Advertise your business for 4 hours. Yep, 4 hours. Talk to people you know, post on social media, learn how to do Facebook ads, etc. It has never been so easy to build a $1M business.
The most challenging piece is having the discipline to do the small things every day that will get you there. This newsletter is inspired by my favorite post from Alex Hormozi about how to get to $100k/mo. Here it is:
I am not lying or exaggerating when I say this is printed out and hanging on my office wall (next to a picture of my family). If you own a business and you have yet to crack that $100k/mo mark, this is the path. Nothing else could be more important than learning how to find leads, convert leads, and then keep those leads with you for a long, long time.
