If you're still cleaning, still answering every call, and still scheduling your own jobs — this one's for you.

Here are the 3 moves that separate cleaning companies that scale from ones that stay stuck:

  1. Stop cleaning. Every hour you spend on a job is an hour you're not growing. You're trading your highest-leverage time for an hourly wage. Get out of the field.

  2. Raise your prices. If you're charging $20–$30/hr, you literally cannot afford to hire. You need at least $50–$60/hr to create the margin for a real team. No margin = no people = no growth.

  3. Delegate everything that isn't strategy, hiring, training, or marketing. Scheduling, customer calls, job assignments — all of it can be handled by a virtual assistant or a local director of operations. Ask yourself: "Who can do this?" not "How do I do this?"

Where your time should actually go:

The 20% of tasks that drive 80% of your growth are: strategy, hiring, training, and marketing. Cleaning jobs are not on that list — they're execution of work you already won.

If you're under $100K/month, commit 4 hours every single day to marketing. Use the Rule of 100:

  • 100 cold outreaches/day

  • 100 warm outreaches/day

  • 100 minutes creating free content, OR

  • $100/day in paid ads

Pick one. Do it daily. That's the job.

What's the one task you're still doing yourself that you know you should hand off? Send me a reply with your answer.

P.S. — If you're ready to stop cleaning and start running a real operation, I built something for you.

Today is the last day to get in before we go live.

Until next time!
